Below are some FAQs, do not hesitate to reach out to us if you need any help.

How do I know a user is a verified members?

Log in to your account. Go to My Interaction. From drop down menu go to “Members list”. From there you can view every members. Verified members will have a gold icon next to their handle.

What does the silver icon means?

Silver icons are for trial members. Once registered to the website you will have a 30 days trial. We encourage every member to upgrade to a verified account after that period or they will loose access to the website.

How do I use the Activity lists?


Log in to your account. Go to My Interaction. From dropdown menu go to “Activity list”. From there you can view everybody’s post, your group post, and any user who mention you in a post.

How do I use the Members lists?


Log in to your account. Go to My Interaction. From dropdown menu go to “Members list”. From there you can view every member, and your friends in a different tab.

How do I use the Group lists?


Log in to your account. Go to My Interaction. From dropdown menu go to “Group list”. From there you will view all 50 states, pick your state. Then join or create a group.

How do I upload my profile picture?

Log in to your account. Go to My Home. From your user tab menu go to “Profile”. Then go to “Change Avatar” from the submenu tab.

How do I change my personal information?

Log in to your account. Go to My Home. From your user tab menu go to “Profile”. Then go to “Edit” from the submenu tab.

How do I update my privacy settings?


Log in to your account. Go to My Home. From your user tab menu go to “Profile”. Then go to “Change Avatar” from the submenu tab. You can change each section to the privacy setting you want.

How do I reset my password?

Click on “sign in” at the top right of the home page. Click on “Forgot your password”. Fill out the form and a new password will be sent to your email.

How do I post photos on First Interaction?


Log in to your account. Go to My Home. From your user tab menu go to “Galleries”. Then go to “Upload images” from the submenu tab.

How do I flag violations in First Interaction?


If you read or see offensive contents from the activity list or a user’s profile. Just click on the flag icon.

How do I block an unwanted user or friends?

Log in to your account. Go to the user’s profile and click the “block” button next to their avatar.
